BACTERIOLOGICAL QUALITY OF PASTEURIZED MILK IN SANGAM DAIRY, GUNTUR DISTRICT, ANDHRA PRADESH, SOUTH INDIA

Abstract

A study was undertaken to investigate the bacteriological quality of pasteurized milk in different stages. The pasteurized milk in different stages was collected and tested in quality control laboratory. The emphasis was given to analyze the co relation MBRT and bacterial counts in pasteurized milk and highlighted about post pasteurization contaminations.
