Abstract

Conventional agriculture tends to retain chemicals (pesticides) for agricultural activities, which can disrupt biodiversity, soil fertility, ecosystems, and health. Organic farming, in addition to maintaining soil fertility, environmentally friendly, and sustainable, also uses natural resources to produce quality food. Positive environmental benefits are obtained from agriculture and can produce products that are free from chemical contamination and maintain a healthier environment. This research shows that organic farming has a lower health risk compared to conventional with p-value <0.001, so it is highly recommended to continue.
