Generally, qPCR instrument systems can only be utilized for reagent kits manufactured by the same company, but with a few modification procedures, the Thermo Fisher SNP Kit can be applied for the Light Cycler 480 instrument. The selection of rs9642880 is due to an increase in bladder cancer cases in Indonesia. This study successfully identified Thermo Fisher SNP kit by Light Cycler 480 and the average genotype found in the student respondents was heterozygous GT by 48%. |
