YAJNA: A SOLUTION TO WORLDLY PROBLEMS

Abstract

This paper reviews not only the scientific importance of Yajna (A hindu vitual of beening sacred materials) but also a number of worldly problems with environmental, economical and social aspects which all at a time simultaneously get solved by performing Yajna as per requirements. Yajna plays a very important role in our daily life. It makes our mind full of confidence and body organs spiritually purified in a systematic way so as to work efficiently and get success in every field of career without any failure at all. This review finds that Yajna is today’s urgent need to protect our environment, various natural resources and thereby contributing a lot to the society. It not only nurtures our health but also reduces the expenditures on medicines and this way it proves economy in medical expenses. The author has emphasized the importance of Agnihotra and how it purifies not only our atmosphere where from we breathe but also our mind, soul and body practicing everything sacrificed to Almighty Vishnu and thereby we all are blessed in return.
